Dulcie and I are enjoying a long weekend of rest and relaxation at my parents' house in Elgin. We've been keeping quite busy with trips to beaches and charity shops, but Dulcie has been setting a good example and reminding me that our true purpose in life is to rest. It's amazing how tired a late-September dip in the North Sea can make a child...!
new embroidery work and an upcycled crow sew-along

Happy October! We’ve got a lot to talk about : a crow sew-along, embroidery
designs, and the French General retreat in Vermont. I took this crow to
Vermont...
Sleeping beauty has competition! Hope you getting time to relax as well. Loving all the recent posts, especially the "Donald" toddler collection modelled by Glasgow's top toddler :)
ReplyDeleteIsn't she a wee gem? If only she would sleep so soundly at night!
DeleteOh my, I have been gone far too long! What with the loss of 'reader' and starting a degree course at Worcester (yes I am mental) and working full time (temporary my arse) alongside mothering four children and one husband my life has no time for these online shinanigans these days :( Dulcie has grown so much and is so beautiful and LOOK at all that HAIR!!!!!
ReplyDeleteGlad you popped into my head today and I had the time to google you tonight for a catch up.
Hugs for all x
Thanks :) You sound far too busy. You should take a leaf out of my book and follow Dulcie's shining example. Relax, man! And don't be a stranger again x
